Art. 2 - Questa asssociazione ha come obiettivo di difendere la comunità originaria del l'Asia del Sud (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal), difendere e favorire lo sviluppo dei suoi valori e delle sue attività culturali, promuovere gli scambi, favorire lo sviluppo del l'informazione.

Art. 5 - Amissione : Per essere membro del l'associazione bisogna essere originari del l'Asia del Sud, o rimpatriati di tale paese, altro requisito necessario è quello di essere proprietario di un progetto individuale o collettivo relativo ai presenti status, senza l'obbligo di risiedere nel l'area geografica sopra citata. Il progetto e l'approvazione sono soggetti alla valutazione della sede centrale che decide sulle domande di adesione :
a) Sono membri d'onore coloro che hanno realizzato un progetto
b) Sono membri benefattori coloro che hanno finanziato il progetto
c) Sono dipendenti, ma non membri coloro, legati al l'associazione in seguito ad un rapporto di lavoro
d) Sono benefattori indipendenti, coloro che sono legati da rapporti missionary
e) Sono sogetti attivi coloro che partecipano anche seza versamenti alle attività
