AUF DEUTSCH O.S.C.I.S.E. (Auszug der Satzung) Art. 2 - Diese Gruppierung hat auf der geographischen Ebene Südeuropas zum Ziel, die Gemeinde süd-asiatischer Herkunft (Indien, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal...) zu verteidigen und die Entwicklung ihrer Werte und kultureller Aktivitäten zu fördern, den Austausch mit dem indischen Subkontinent und der Diaspora zu unterstützen und die Entwicklung von Informationen über Süd-Asien zu fördern. Art. 5 - Mitgliedschaft : Um Mitglied dieser Vereinigung zu werden ist es notwendig, entweder süd-asiatischer Herkunft oder Staatsangehöriger der Länder des indischen Subkontinents, Träger oder Inhaber eines individuellen oder gemeinschaftlichen Projekts im Sinne dieser Satzung zu sein, ohne daß eine Verpflichtung zum Wohnen in der Region besteht. Das Projekt und seine Durchführbarkeit unterliegen der Zustimmung der Stelle, die über die Mitgliedsanträge entscheidet : a) Es sind diejenigen Ehrenmitglieder, die ein Projekt abgeschlossen haben b) Es sind diejenigen wohltätige Mitglieder, die ein Projekt finanziert haben c) Ausführende und Finanzierende eines Projekts oder mehrerer Projekte sind aktive Mitglieder d) Angestellte, aber nicht Mitglieder sind diejenigen, die durch Arbeits-oder Tarifvertrag im öffentlichen Dienst gebunden sind e) Freiwillige, aber nicht Mitglieder sind diejenigen, die durch Dienstvertrag gebunden sind.
