The information could be sent by e-mail or any other regular mean. Individuals or entities subscribed in O.S.C.I.S.E. mailing list are not necessarely members of the organization. They are only registered in the mailing list either per request or by tacit acceptance. The words « tacit acceptance » means that their authorization to be included in the mailing list have been sought prior to inclusion (opt in) in order to avoid unsolicited emails. In case individuals or entities have received a mail without prior notice, they can ask O.S.C.I.S.E., any time, to delete (opt out) their references from the mailing list (European Directive 95/46/CE - European Directive 97/66/CE - European provisional Directive 385, Capoto Report, adopted on the 13.11.2001 modifying Directive 97/66/EC), Recommandation Cappoto A5-0130/2002 adopted by the European parliament on the 30th.05.2002. The organization reserves also the right for any reason to remove without notice any individual's or entity's references from its mailing list and may take legal action against those who may defame or abuse its services.

14. O.S.C.I.S.E. Nice, FRANCE reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the site or any Materials in any respect. O.S.C.I.S.E. Nice, FRANCE shall have no obligation to take the needs of any user into consideration in connection therewith.
15. O.S.C.I.S.E. Nice, FRANCE reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.
